We are so thrilled to introduce you to the newest member of our family! Micah was born yesterday morning (February 18th) at 6:12 am. After 12 hours of labor, he decided he did not like what was going on and went into "distress" so we had an emergency c-section. He weighs 7 lbs and 13 oz... a healthy big boy! We are enjoying his every coo and even the cries are cute! We are so blessed and are loving every second of being new parents! More pictures to come!
Absolutely gorgeous! He is such a handsome baby (James would be proud I used "handsome", I kept calling Landon pretty or beautiful and James objected to those adjectives because they were too girly). Ally, you look fantastic as well (Dave, you too).

ReplyDeleteCONGRATULATIONS to you all! He is beautiful, and I'm so happy for you. I'm so grateful Mommy and Micah are healthy. I know from personal experience how hard it might be to have 'the perfect birthing' all planned, only to have it change in the last hour; I have faith that you DID have the perfect experience for Micah's arrival, and even the 'ceasarean shuffle' as I called it, is a blessing in disguise. Enjoy your recuperation time there in the hospital, and GET SOME REST! Needless to say, you're gonna need it!
