Skype

I have recently discovered the wonderful world of Skype. While my sister is in India (for work for 6 weeks), it is really the only way we can talk to her. I am thinking though that when she gets back, we'll keep using it! We are talking to her more now than we did when she was here. It is so great because she can see me and Micah and we can see her. This makes it much more entertaining for Micah and it makes it to where she can see all of his new tricks. So, if you have skype, add us... We'll talk to you too! If you don't have it but have family or friends far away, you should get it! It is free and super easy and FUN to use!

I miss live writer...

... and yes, I am whining. I am really getting the hang of this mac thing and I really enjoy it EXCEPT that I had gotten really used to blogging through Windows Live Writer. I have tried 3 equivalents for mac and they are all terrible. So, if you have a pc and you blog, you must download Live Writer. If you are a mac person and you blog, please tell me if you just use blogger or if you know of a good software to use. I have tried Ecto, Blogo, and MarsEdit and I don't like any of them.

I am still figuring out how to put pictures on this computer... once I do, I will post what Micah has been up to this week.

My new friend

I made a new friend this week... her name is miss mac. Having always been friends with Mr. PC, being friends with miss mac is a whole new experience for me. Like all true friendships, we get very frustrated and sometimes angry with each other but most of the time we get along.

If you have any friends like miss mac and would like to impart on me your wisdom about such friendships, I would take any advice I can get. Until then, I am just glad I figured out how to download this blog editing software and make a post! I would add a picture or a fun video clip but I can't figure out how to do that yet.
