How did you do that?

Well, it's that time of summer where the grandma's go to Steamboat for weeks at a time (if I sound jealous, it's because I am). So, I promised that I would update the blog often with lots of pictures. I couldn't pass up this opportunity. Micah had a hard time settling down for his nap this morning, I am guessing because he wasn't swaddled. Our pediatrician said it is time to start "weaning him off the swaddle". I decided to let him go "cold turkey". He wasn't pleased. He finally settled down and went to sleep around 9:30 (an hour later than usual) on his back (just as I always put him down). I went in to check on him around noon (because he is usually awake by 11) and this is what I found...How did he do that? He isn't rolling over yet, so I thought. He was just sound asleep on his tummy! I guess somehow, he has figured out how to roll his big body over. Now the trick will be for him to do it while I am watching.

He has also discovered that he likes to cuddle with things (blankies, rattles, etc). I caught him on camera before his nap this afternoon cuddling with his zebra blankie. Maybe this one will be "the" blankie. We'll see...
