MICAH MAN!
(sorry for the blurry picture, he was on the move)
Ok ok, I know that was a little lame but I since I made the shirt, I couldn't wait to post that. Making shirts such as this one has become a fun little hobby. I buy the shirts super cheap from Cheapest Tees (because they have every color under the sun) and then use Photoshop to design something and then print it out on an iron on transfer. Super easy and super cheap. MUCH cheaper than the t-shirt I found online that looked exactly like this one. I think it was $35! Are you kidding me? Moving along...
Micah and I went to the indoor playground today.
It has been an awesome place for us to go this summer since it is too hot to play outside. It is wonderful, he runs around like a crazy child until he runs out of energy (or until the people come and tell us it is time to leave because they are locking up).
He went down the slide today for the first time all by himself. It know that isn't really a big deal but I was excited as was he. He has been just sitting at the top and then he chickens out. His face is awesome. Though it looks like he is scared out of his mind, he went back for more... and he made that face every time.
Oh what's that? You noticed the giant red scrape on Micah's forehead? Yes this child is ALL boy. He has loads of energy and isn't afraid of much. Hopefully he learned his lesson today from turning off the light and trying to walk around a closet in the dark. The scrape is from a zipper on a piece of luggage, OUCH! He only cried for a few seconds though. I just hate how awful it looks.
I remember taking Leslie and Jacob to a traveling carnival with a friend and her daughter when they were a little older than toddlers. They went on this ride that went straight up and fell (or something like that, I don't remember exactly). The look on their faces was sheer terror. Such fear a mother should never see!! I expected for them to run out and beg to go home. They ran out and begged, all right. Begged to do it again and again!!
ReplyDeleteAww....give his bo-bo a kiss from his Aunt Nat!
ReplyDeleteAwww, the shirt turned out super cute. It looks like he's having so much fun. Where's the indoor playground at?? We'll have to check it out.
