Playroom and Guest room

I finally took pictures of the playroom today... this is about as clean as it'll ever be. I also finally finished the guest room so I took some pics of that to share, too. I won't take pics of the study until David isn't working from home, it is just such a mess! Laurel's room is almost finished, too so pics of that coming soon!

Guest room:
The only thing we did in this room was carpet and new hardware/fixtures.

Playroom:
This room is supposed to be the "formal dining room" but we didn't have a need for that and did have a need for a playroom. Now, I can't imagine it as a dining room. We love it and Micah plays in there all day long. Here is what it looked like before:

I was able to use a lot of the decor from Micah's nursery (this is the view from the kitchen)

Cubbie storage is from Big Lots. Little table and chairs is from Ikea. Train table was one of Micah's Christmas presents from Mimi and Bubba and he loves it! I made the banner with scrapbook paper and Photoshop. The framed cork is for his artwork and it is already filling up!
