Due Date

It is April 13th today which means that today was my due date. It is also almost Laurel's 2 week birthday. The plan was never to make it all the way to April 13th but we weren't planning on having her as early as we did. Coincidently, she came exactly as early as Micah did (2 weeks and 1 day early) so I guess my body doesn't like to keep babies for the last 2 weeks. She is just still soooo tiny! I can't wait to find out how much she weighs at her check up on Thursday. Micah was never this small outside my tummy so we are new to the tiny baby thing. I am super thankful for the preemie hand-me-downs from David's cousin, otherwise she wouldn't have anything to wear that fits.

She is still doing great and is such an easy going baby just like her big brother was. She is a great eater and sleeper. She has given us a few nights where she'll go 5 hours but most of the time, she goes 4. I just keep reminding myself that someday she'll sleep through the night and the dark circles under my eyes will fade. :)

I know I'm her mom, but I just think she is the cutest little girl ever!
