I am not sure why it took so long to sink in but a few weeks ago, it clicked that the next week would be Spring Break. That for one whole week we would have no preschool, no MDO, no MOPS, no small group, nothing. That is when we decided that we'd go spend a few days in College Station! Natalie, Danny and Sadie are currently living there with my parents since they leased out their townhouse and are waiting to close on a new house .5 miles from me (YAY) so we knew we'd have lots of fun cousin/aunt time as well as Suzu/Teddy time (Teddy took a few days off work so he could play with us).
We did a lot of eating, playing, gardening (Teddy & Micah), frolicking in the field next door, bike riding (until a traumatic crash for Micah Man) and relaxing...
I am loving how it stays light so late... we spent the evenings reading on the patio before the kids went to bed.
I bought big rolls of craft paper from CostCo to wrap all of our Christmas presents last year and had a ton left over. I decided to put them to good use! This kept the kids entertained for hours.
