Micah is 6!

{Micah Man turned 6 on February 18th... I am just late in posting about it}

We had a great day celebrating our big boy! He got ninja turtle green birthday pancakes and then had a blast celebrating with his friends at school. Each kid in his class drew a picture to make him a birthday book-- it is precious! Every picture either included basketball, swimming or ninja turtles. See a theme with our 6 year old's favorites? David and I took him lunch at school and then we had a fun family night! A couple of weeks later, he had his 6 year check up. He passed everything (including the vision test that I definitely would've failed) with flying colors! We can't believe our big boy is already 6 and we adore the little man he is turning into. We get to see more of his innate personality each day. He is outgoing, loves to make people laugh (in fact, he was recently fired by his teacher from being the class clown), smart, gentle and sensitive. We couldn't imagine a better combination! We had a blast celebrating at his party the following weekend (pictures to come)!
