Sure, she's cute... but she's also a puppy complete with all the "puppy perks" (i.e. chewing, biting, peeing everywhere, and being a general nuisance). See what I mean...
This is Riley through the back door... if you can't tell, she is totally covered in mud. She gives you that "please let me in" that makes me feel so sorry for her! So then, I have to give her a bath with the garden hose (which she hates), dry her off and let her in just to find that 30 minutes later, she wants to go do some more digging. *sigh*I am suddenly reminding myself of the book "If you give a mouse a cookie". Anyways, I did finally remember why David wanted a dog so much... so that Micah Man could have a buddy... and that he does...
