Micah Man is! We moved him over to his big boy bed about 2 weeks ago and he is finally getting the hang of things. For the first few nights, he cried "criiiiiiib" for a while. We had already taken it down and put it away, though so he figured out pretty quick it wasn't coming back. We have started a sticker chart with him, too. He gets a sticker every time he goes to sleep without getting out of bed. We just started it today so I'll let you know how it goes. Another thing that has really worked with him is a flashlight. He got one for his birthday (from his buddy Beckett) and showed no interest in it until now. Now he is obsessed with the thing and goes to sleep with it every night!
