We went in for Laurel's 1 year check up last week. Dr. T says that she is doing great developmentally (taking steps, talking etc). Her eating is so-so but Dr. T wasn't concerned. She is refusing to drink out of a cup and she hates fruits and veggies unless they are this kind:
The cup is already getting better. She just isn't too crazy about milk. The fruits and veggies are hopeless. Dr. T wants her eating all table food but I don't see that happening anytime soon. She'll eat any kind of protein or carb just not fruits and veggies.
The only part of her exam she failed was, surprise surprise, her ears. She has another double ear infection. This only counts as her 2nd though because even though the last one seemed like 3 infections, it was just the same infection that took 3 rounds of antibiotics to get rid of. So, we are on round 1 of ear infection 2. If she gets one more in the next 4 months, we are referred to an ENT for tubes. :(

Weight: 22 lbs, 6 oz (73%)
Head Circ: 18 1/4" (85%)
What a big girl! She is already in size 18-24 month clothes because of her height but everything hangs off of her because she isn't very chunky.
She had to get some shots but she handled them so well. She had her Mimi there to give her cuddles and that made her very happy!
