We very much enjoyed our Labor Day weekend spending time in Kingwood and then having family time at our neighborhood pool. We took advantage of the last day the pool was open and our last day before school started for Micah Man!
We started out in Kingwood where Micah could not wait to show his daddy his slide skills...
... and then came home Sunday night and headed to the neighborhood's Labor Day pool party on Monday with Nat, Dan and Sadie!
He has worked all summer to perfect his canon ball.
I still don't think he has fully grasped the sadness that is the end of swimming until next summer. He still wakes up every morning and says he wants to go swimming. Good news is that when I tell him that the pool is closed, he asks if he can go to school! Hope everyone had a fun and restful labor day weekend!
