As I've said many times before, Easter is by far my favorite holiday of the year. I have the best memories of Easter being a big family celebration every year and I hope to continue that with my family. I love Easter church, Easter music and celebrating our risen Savior. I just love Easter. This year was even more special because we got to celebrate Laurel turning 3 on Easter! She woke up and had hot pink pancakes (which I did my best to make in the shape of a bunny) and then we were off to church to meet up with David's family for our church's Easter service. Laurel was in quite a mood when we got there and was not interested in being a part of any pictures.
After church, we headed out to Kingwood to spend the afternoon. There, they finally participated for pictures. And yes, I will coordinate their outfits for as long as humanly possible.

The kids LOVED the easter egg hunt this year. It was so cute, they were very into finding all of their eggs and, of course, even more into finding all of the goodies inside them. Holidays are so much more fun with little ones around. We had a wonderful Easter weekend and hope you did too!
