Boys will be boys

Micah is quickly changing from a sweet, cuddly baby to a rough and tumble, messy boy. He has already had a few injuries with his new found mobility that bother me more than they bother him and as we experiment with more solid foods, all he wants to do is make huge messes. *sigh* This perfectionist is learning to let go a little.

Here is a video from the weekend (videos capture it better than pictures)... we decided to decorate for Christmas a little early so to keep Micah occupied, I put him in the high chair with a teething biscuit... 30 minutes later...

This was last night... his new favorite thing to do while you are trying to feed him... and it is not his way of saying he is done (because I tried stopping a few times and he got very upset)...

Now for my other boy... this is what I like to call "battle of the wills":

If you can't tell, this is our trash can. In our house, we joke about pink jobs and blue jobs. Taking out the trash is a blue job. Well, David didn't want to take it out last night and neither did I. Don't worry, it got taken out.

I can't believe that Micah is 9 months old today! Wow! A 9 month post is coming after his check up complete with stats and a crawling video.
