4th of July

To catch up on the last few Field Trip Wednesdays, the week after Moody Gardens we had VBS, then 4th of July, then the week of rain which hindered all outdoor activities we had planned.

I am hoping to get back to our field trips tomorrow! Until then, here is how we spent our 4th... We took a brief yet super fun trip to College Station. We drove up after I picked the kids up from MDO on Tuesday and came home Thursday morning to start our Potty Boot Camp so it was a short trip but as always a great time. We ate lots of yummy food, relaxed and went to the pool!

Suzu surprised the kids with the books from Warrior Prince Academy and Princess Prep School (which Laurel gets to do when she is older), they love them and wanted to read them over and over

 For the 4th we went up to the pool, I can't believe how big the kids are getting and how daring they both are in the water

Micah's favorite part (aside from swimming) was Suzu's homemade peach ice cream. YUM!
